Day 1 was a success. Just 27 more to go!

I can feel my legs from the leg workout I did. Most excellent. It makes me feel alive (which I have mentioned before, I know).

Tonight is 60 minutes of cardio.

That's really all I've got right now. Perhaps more later...

Yay! So far I'm doing well too. I just did 40 minutes of cardio and ate a healthy lunch. It feels good! I'm really excited about this. :)

Yay! 40 minutes of cardio yesterday.. and this mornign I overslept for body pump so I did 40 more minutes of cardio =)

Well....... ok. :P

Now, had you not done the cardio, you definitely would have had a talking to, though. And a lashing with a wet noodle! Or something. :P
