Oooh Photobucket is really cool!!!

I have so much to tell you all. So many insights from the day of fasting, so many good things that happened this weekend, all the relaxing and stuff.

But I'm going to leave that, maybe for tomorrow, (hopefully work will not be too stressful), and instead show pictures, because photobucket is awesome!



My fabric:

The embroidered fabric is for my bodice. The plain fabric is for the skirt. Sadly, this came out really dark. To give you an idea of the difference, just think that the skirt material is a lot closer to royal blue.



Andrew's fabric and buttons:

Aren't those beautiful buttons? There will be 24 of them down the front of his jacket.

All you have to do is put a width=400 tag in the [img src=""] tag and it'll size them correctly :)

Thanks! I think they're gorgeous. The colours are way off though - just keep in mind that they're closer to royal blue. At least, the skirt is. The part for the bodice is darker than the skirt - but not THAT dark!

Thanks! You should have seen us while I was taking that picture. We were on a busy street, it was the middle of the day, and I was like - lay down there! And I crouched down and took pictures. Heh.

I know, it's crazy! Yesterday I found out that strawberry season comes almost 2 whole months earlier, here. I'm so used to Ontario winters that this is awesome. I could get used to this.

oh yeah. Van is so impossibly pink in the spring, and in the evening the sky matches and it's the craziest sensory overload ever!
i miss it. Maybe i shall have ot move out there.
