An uneventful evening, really.

I worked until 7, home at 8. Started working out at 8:15.

Finished working out at 9:30, watched the rest of CSI while eating strawberries.

And then cooked a FANTASTIC rice/veggie/raisin/pine nut dish flavoured with thyme, parsley, garlic, and paprika. DUDE.

I got to bed a half hour later than normal, but couldn't get to sleep - I was too wound up. When Andrew got home, he gave me a little massage until I was half gone, and I slept like a stone. What love. What love!

I had a fun dream of sitting on my kitchen table kissing one man while holding on to another, and the man who kissed me trying to get me to commit to him, and trying to figure out how to tell him that I wasn't going to commit to anyone because I have Andrew, and he's the one. The guy in the dream wasn't a very good kisser, either. I liked kissing, but his lips weren't soft enough.

mine too. ;)

No, I did eat some as a snack because I was hungry, but I actually ate dinner at work - I eat at 6 too. I had to make it for lunches for Andrew and myself for today, since we're both away from the house through lunch and supper.

Do you know, in Paris, they don't eat dinner until 10pm, or sometimes even later? It was really weird to get used to, going to a restaurant and not leaving until after midnight, but just for dinner, no drinks or anything.

I gather the standard thing in Paris is to take the Metro out to a club aronud midnight or a bit later, and come back on the first morning train. That's like the Madrid schedule: up at 8am, go to work, lunch at noon, afternoon siesta (aka NAPTIME) until 3 or 4 (depending on the weather), continue to work until 7 or 8 - go home, dinner at 9 or 10, then go out for the evening, come home by 2 or 3 AM...

Same most days of the week.

Oooookay.

I kinda like that. I mean, I function best if I can have a nap in the afternoon, and it's nice to break up work, since my concentration span isn't that great, and staying in one place and doing one thing for 8 hours or more can be tough. If I lived close to work, I'd probably go home for naps a couple of times a week.
