brightbluegirlToday has been SUCH a productive day.
I woke up at 4:30, stressing about life in general. I wrote a friend at that time, and said that I thought I was the most stressed I've been in years.
But since then, we've done so much, and everything has gone SO well, that I just feel so good.
We worked on Andrew's jacket - collar, sleeves, and fitting is done. I just need to hem it, and do the buttons and buttonholes - time intensive, but not as hard as collar, sleeves, or fitting.
Then we picked up the rings... his ring looks LOVELY. And so nice on him.
Then, we decided to walk down to the park, to pick up some shells. On the way there, we found a flower store close to the park, and we ordered and paid for the flowers for the day! Including the corsages. MUCH sweet. Total bonus - it wasn't on my list of things for the day.
Then, everything difficult completed, we wandered on the beach and found lots of shells to put on the tables for the day.
Big happy. Hurrah!
This week is still going to be busy - work is very demanding, and we have a lot of places to go and things to do. BUT we've decided that one evening will be a complete evening off. I believe - Tuesday, well, after we pick up the marriage license.
Anyway, that's that. Oh, except,
