man, that's unheard of for me.
one company gave us a turkey one year. as a veg-head, i donated it. but cash? i didn't know that was still done.

I've never gotten one before either. But this company is paying me the least I've gotten paid in awhile, so it's a nice pick-me-up!

One company once took us skiing and rented fancy chalets for us and everything. That might have been cool, but it felt like such a waste. A holiday, with work people?? I dunno. They meant well, but I would have preferred the money, or a nice sweater or something. (Not to mention I was with my ex the asshole, who ruined it in his own special way)

freakykitten, cathyn, and I all work for the best company in the universe. People are not only hired on ability, but also on if we think we can get along with them. It's very family like here.

Though I agree about most palces I've worked. I've never hung out with folks I work with as much as I do here. Not a bad egg in the lot.
