Andrew's boss, drama-whore that she is, has decided to turn her drama-loving ways onto him.

He's got NO MORE CHANCES or she's going to fire him.

Fire one of the best employees she's ever had, because in the last week he's made two SMALL mistakes!

He's going to start looking for other work, and I don't give a damn, as soon as he finds it, I'm going to let her know that because of HER actions, she lost an excellent employee. HERS. Not his. Because she is too immature to deal with things on a high level, because she can't recognise small errors AS small errors, and because she feels it necessary to pressure and frighten people, because she thinks it's ok to threaten his job because SHE had a bad day. She will damn well HEAR it from ME.

THAT is why she's going to lose an employee.
