Yesterday, at 11am

brightbluegirlWow. I am SO FAR AWAY today.
I keep thinking about trips, and things to do, and things that would be fun to do while I'm on vacation. Suddenly, 2 months doesn't seem that long. Will I really have enough time to do everything I want to do?
We're going to spend 1 week (or more, who knows) on Cortez island with friends, in late April/early May. We're going to spend 1 week housesitting for my coworker, which will be grand because they live right downtown Vancouver, so I can go to the beach all week, and enjoy the downtown life.
Those are great things. I'll enjoy them both, I'm sure.
But I just found this group that does walking/hiking tours, and although they're american, I bet if I tried I could find some Canadian based ones too. And really, I don't want to do a group hiking tour, I want to do the Bruce Trail, and I want to do it with my bhunny, and that's it. But still, it has me thinking...
I'm so far away. There are few places I'd want to be less than right here. Knowing I'm in for an 11 hour day doesn't make it much more appealing, either.
I want to go to Toronto and get some more work done on my back piece.
I want to go to Montreal and spend a weekend surrounded by my Montreal loves.
I want to go to a certain pharm and reconnect with a certain family - and have
them meet my darling.
I want to hike the Bruce Trail.
I want to go to New Zealand for a month. With my bhunny.
I want to take my bhunny somewhere he's never been, and experience it with him.
I want to hang out in a hostel in Ireland.
I want to experience Morocco.
I want to wander around the world.
I want to make myself a whole wardrobe of clothing.
I want a room in my home that is exclusively a library, with chairs, reading lamps, and bookshelves everywhere.
I want, dammit.
I want.
