Well, let me tell you something. If How it all Vegan (or The Garden of Vegan) says something makes 6 cupcakes, they actually mean 13 REALLY BIG ONES. GEEEZ.

I now have 27 chocolate cupcakes (welll... 24, we each had one), frosted with peanut butter frosting. Andrew said not to bother making peanut butter cupcakes as well, because we're going to be hard pressed to finish these ones.

But frankly - I don't like them. I tried them because they use chocolate chips and molasses, instead of sugar. But they're hard instead of soft, and I can taste the molasses, and I actually think they're too sweet.

*sigh*

But Andrew says he likes them. They aren't good enough that I'd normally actually give them to people, but you know what??

Life isn't long enough to worry about shit like that. If anyone is actually going to think I'm any less of a (goddess)(person)(woman)cook because I tried a new recipe, well FUCK. THAT.

Dude, they're just cupcakes. If someone judges you based on your cupcakes, they're obviously unhinged. Random food appearing at work is *always* appreciated as a good thing, even if they're only so-so quality wise.

Well, I know YOU would never! But I also know you get the same worry when you cook something and it's not perfect. :P

If someone was to bitch about a gift of food baked with love, then they need to smacked upside the head with a Japanese Fighting Cupcake!
