Tonight we're going over to my work friend's place. We're going to order in Hons chinese food, and drink.

I can't remember the last time I had a drink! Seriously!

Anyway, Andrew and I are going to invest in some liquor. I like girly drinks, so don't expect much from me... probably we'll get Creme de Cacao and Frangelico, and make chocolate hazelnut "martini's". Heh.

Mmmmm. Drunkenness.

A Gala Keg of red wine.

Actually, I'd get a bottle of Bombay Sapphire Gin, and a bottle of vermouth.

Or a bottle of Tanqueray Gin, and a six pack of tonic and a six pack of grapefruit pop.

Or a case of Sleeman's honey brown ale.

Or a bottle of raspberry Sourpuss, a bottle of Vodka and a large jug of Cranberry/Black Cherry cocktail.

Mmm... Chinese food and good liquor. Sounds like a great night. :) Me? I just drink wine all of the time and rarely splurge on anything fancy. I've been wanting to try an apple-tini ever since I heard of them a year or so ago. That sounds yummy. I can't think of an apple flavoured liqueur for the life of me though.

we have 7 different kinds of rum (we go to cuba a lot...), canadian iceberg vodka, bombay saphire gin, some kind of vermouth that adam likes, melon liquer, butterscotch schnappes(adam calls it 'butt rip' which makes me laugh), pineapple schnappes (another cuban treat), tequila, blue curaco and a bunch of other stuff i dont drink. i want to try vanilla vodka though. if you wawnt to get really inventive go to www.webtender.com. it's our party classic. we whip out the laptop, go here: http://www.webtender.com/cgi-bin/imbselect , enter in all of the stuff we have and it gives us all kinds of crazy drinks we can make. there was a bubble gum recipe that was totally delicious!

Candy Apples are good:
2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Butterscotch schnapps
Fill with Apple juice
Mixing instructions:
Pour Amaretto and Butterscotch in a glass with ice. Fill with apple juice.

i'm partial to rosata bambino, but that usually leads to nekkid shenanigans in kiddie pools or hot tubs, and i'm not certain as to what kind of relationship you have with your dinner partners, lol!
another fave drink is the jonestown snocone- raspberry sourpuss with blue curacal mixed 'til purple. pour over ice (or even seven up on ice). a splash of amaretto for that cyanide flave is optional.
i also like frangelico with godet (white chocolate liqueur). we call it a truffle.

mmmm I love frangelico. And godet. Not having the godet any more tho, it has milk/cream in it.

BUT... creme de cacao is really good with frangelico. I call it a Crispy Crunch. Yum!

I think Gin and tonic or a rye and coke is the way to go for mixed drinks.
