I'm back!

Well, we were back yesterday, but it was Andrew's day off too, so when we weren't grocery shopping, he was playing the Icewind Dale expansion, so the computer was sorta being used. :D

So today feels like my 'real' first day of vacation.

Can you hear that sound?

yup. That's the sound of NO-ONE ELSE BEING HOME.

Oh, sweet bliss!

I ruined breakfast though. :( Well, it's not THAT bad. I put ginger in the oatmeal, because when I make oatmeal pancakes and put in gingersnap spices, they're pretty good... but it doesn't work so hot with just oatmeal. However, I've added some lemon, and that seems to be ok. At least, edible.

I used to be afraid to try new things, because of the chance of wasting food... but that was a long time ago. heh. I do still hate wasting food, I guess I'm just willing to eat less tasty things in the search for good recipes.

So today I need to go down to Commercial drive... I want to buy me some soy yogurt. I also seriously need to redye my hair (no pics until I do!), mail out a few packages (1 for loesaurus and 1 for mel_nic) and... uh... yeah. That's it.

You know why???

BECAUSE I'M ON VACATION!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
