[ x ] The story behind your lj user name - My best friend in high school called me aphrodite (also known as venus). My best friend now (my first serious boyfriend) called me his kitten. So venus_kitten (my email address) started, years and years and years ago. When I first went on Open Diary, I started as lovekitten. (Since venus is the goddess of love) I deleted that diary because some big shit with dramatic people started, and moved to the diary FreakyKitten (which is still there, actually, although the website has changed to freeopendiary.com) because as far as bod-mod goes, I have enough tattoos and piercings to be called a freak (it's happened). I even had a friend who did a "Freak Family Picnic" each year for those who are into bod-mod. When I came onto livejournal, I decided to stay with Freakykitten. It's familiar. Although I'm more cat-like than kittenish.

[ x ] Wallet - It's a fuzzy leopard print one. Old enough to not be so fuzzy any more. It came with a chain to hook to a belt loop, but I don't really use that any more. I hate sitting on my wallet. It hurts.
[ x ] Hairbrush - I have two - one with big fat spaces between the tines, and one with bristly tines all the way around it. I use neither. I wash and go.
[ x ] Toothbrush - a vibrating mermaid by crest. she rocks.
[ x ] Jewelry worn daily - captive bead piercings in my ears (3 in left, 1 in right - there was 3 in right until the other day, we took them out because they have scars and infections that need healing), and nipples. Barbell in my tongue. Two healed over holes for lip and labrette - either/both of which I want again. No real rings or necklaces or bracelets I wear daily - not even a watch.

[ x ] Blanket - the bestest dark blue king sized comforter ever. It's like cuddling up to warm water that goes on and on and on.

[ x ] Sunglasses - I have blue ones and purple ones, that I wear rarely, depending on my mood and whether I have my contacts on. I bought them on the street in Toronto.

[ x ] shoes - usually running shoes, sometimes converse. I have a shit load of huge ass going out boots and shoes with big platforms. I love platforms. Hate high heels. It's all about comfort...
