Woke up this morning to make Andrew's breakfast/lunch before he went off to work (and before you say anything about that, when I go to work he does the same for me every day, so I thought it'd be nice to do for him for a few months), after only a wee bit o sleep, and it was rainy and icky and bleh.
I went back to bed. And LO! When I woke up (was scared awake by 2 men in suits knocking on the door - I hid from them and watched them and eventually saw the bible in their hands and was glad I hid), it was a beautiful day. YAY for BEAUTIFUL DAYS.
So I've been for a run, and I'll wash the dishes and have a shower, and then I need to go buy some peppers for the Thai Green Curry I'm making tonight. Mmmmmm green curry.
Last night was fun. We went to see the band of a friend of Andrew's. At first I was kinda bored... we didn't have anyone to talk to, and the dj was quite BAD.
But then a nice German exchange student came up, and I spent the evening talking to her, and we're going to get together sometime. Plus, the band was GREAT. The singer's voice is velvet.
Anyway, then on the way home I started talking to this girl who, it turns out, lives relatively close to us. We exchanged email addresses and we're going to hang out sometime too.
Once home, I threw together a yummy dish for Andrew - vermicelli with a ginger/garlic/peanut/soy sauce, and with slices of mango and some snow peas. Hooray for whipped together meals!
Life is good for me, and I wish it were good for all of you too.

I thought I emailed you, but maybe I didn't? When would you like to get together for Costco? Is next week too soon?
And now I really want to make a joke about pillow fluffing!!
