Wedding folks?

Can some wedding folk please suggest to me a person who may have room in their car, or a car I can borrow (I will gladly forgo drinking to be able to get there and back)?

Even if it's just for the right there, because I can probably afford to pay for a cab home Friday night, but transit there is STOOPID.

I even thought I wouldn't mind forgoing drinking, and rent a car, but I forgot that it's the long weekend, and all the places I've looked at so far have 0 cars available. Zero!!

If I can't find a way there, I don't think I'll be able to go.

DEWD, I can gladly arrange for you to get there, but a way back is a no go. I don't mind also driving people back and forth from the sky train either. I am in VanCity Thursday, email me and I can arrange to figure something out for peeps. aesir@storm.ca

This is wonderful!! Andrew isn't coming, he is in Rhode Island, so it's just me.

Although, Kirsten and Sabrina are trying to find a ride for 2 more people (Gen and Kirsten's sister). Is there room for 3 extra people in your car?

I am staying in Kits, and Kiri and Saby live in that area, correct? Perhaps if you could arrange this with your friend, I could take them, and then you guys can get another lift? Either way, let me know the score so I can plan. I don't think there is a phone where I am styaing, but if you email me phone #s I can call you kids when I get there!

Yes, Kiri and Saby live there - so do the other two. But no worries! I will call them today and figure out how they want to do it. My plan is to email you, or get them to email you, with the plan.

It would be tight with three people in the back, but we could do it :D r_lex is part of the wedding party, so I assume he has to be there early, but I don't know. He also has to stay until the end. It looks like r_lex is going out with ggerg, so I will have more room in my car :D This is awesome because I have no idea where I am going! It will help a lot having someone to help me navigate :D I would give us about an hour to get out there, just in case we get lost ;)
