Well, Andrew's Grandma seems to be doing well - she had 3 (!!) hernias fixed. She's still in the hospital, and I believe she's having more trouble with pain than usual (this is her fourth time having her stomach cut open), which is consequently upping her blood pressure, so they're talking about keeping her over another night.
It looks like tomorrow after work I'll be jetting over to the Grandparents place, picking up Andrew's folks' car, driving home, packing the car, picking up Andrew, then we'll be driving to Kelowna for the weekend, for the wedding and all that.

zaftigvegan's place, hoorah! We can't stay long (I HATE BEING THIS BUSY, SOMETIMES), but we're going to at least be there for awhile. It's been too long since we've gotten to spend time together - even in a group, as this will be.
Of course, before then, (and after work), I need to pick up groceries to get us through tomorrow, plus fruit for a fruit plate to bring to zaftigvegan's (I feel like just bringing fruit is cheating, but oh the time we do not have...). Oh yeah, and pack for the weekend. Geez!
I'd like to think that everything is going to calm down after the weekend, but we've already got a bunch of stuff to do next week.
