This has been a weekend of food.
Friday after work I was greeted with teriyaki grilled salmon, baked potatos, and cabbage salad with almonds.
Yesterday we had oatmeal pancakes for breakfast, and home-made samosas with carrot soup and chai for dinner (the samosas had lime juice in them, a delicious addition!).
I feel spoiled. We may not have a lot of money (we have $15 until Friday - and need toilet paper right now), but we sure do make a point of eating well, exercising a lot, and loving madly. I don't know what else there is.
It snowed last night. After the summer-like warmth of the month before, this has been a fun and wierd week. This morning we woke up to a beautiful view - and someone had made a snow whale (that they even dyed blue) on our lawn. Perfect!!
We were going to go see Step Africa on Wednesday - but tickets for non-students are $7 each or something like that. Does anyone know any students that would be able to get us some free tickets??
