ok i didn't read the article, too much political mumbo jumbo. But I seriously doubt they'd deport a permanent resident for no reason.. or is there a reason I'm not aware of?

No, there's no reason. Except that we're very left wing, and who knows how long it'll be before that's classified as a "terrorist action".

I think the big thing, for us, is that the things that are happening and could happen here are putting every non-American at risk. Hell, it's putting Americans at risk. We don't feel safe (it's that left-wing paranoia) here, and wouldn't even if he were legal.
