Damn. Just realized it's 10pm on Sunday night and I forgot to call thetamermaid AGAIN.
Perhaps I'll remember tomorrow.
So we did the bike ride - it took us 35 minutes to get there, and 45 minutes to get back. Which is pretty good, considering it was a lot more uphill on the way back.
While there, we sat in the Moorish garden underneath a trellis and ate egg salad sandwiches and leftover pineapple. We wandered through the Aquarium and took a long exposure photo of jellyfish (I really hope it turns out), and wandered through the gardens, not really focussing on anything but enjoying the sun, the plants, and the time.
I gloried in his hand wrapped around mine.
I've been ecstatic all day because we accomplished our ride, in a much quicker time frame than expected. And now so much of the city has been opened up to us. So many places that we didn't think we could get to before have been made available to us.
I'm so proud of myself!
For dinner we had barbequed chicken breast and potatos with sour cream and green beans. Mmmmm green beans.
This afternoon we went to see "The Glorious and Bloodthirsty Billy the Kid; the greatest serial killer of all time!" at that independant theatre we live close to. It was tons of fun. I feel so cultured. :P Afterwards Andrew thanked me for taking him out on the town and to the theahtah.
And there's still all tomorrow.
