an apology and mini-vacation
Jul. 1st, 2003 06:21 pmMy apologies to friends near Ottawa, but I cancelled the interview on Wednesday. (I still care about you all, I promise)
We don't want to move to Ottawa. We want to move to Vancouver.
I want to live in Vancouver. I want my next home to be my last home for at least 5 years.
Happy Canada Day, all!
We biked out to Red Lobster today and ate too much food. It was incredibly decadent and I loved it. It was worth a 50 minute bike ride there.
Then we biked to Pier 1 Imports and looked at lots of stuff, finding a perfectly perfect computer desk that Andrew used as an idea for the drawing he has since made of the computer desk he's going to build for us once we move.
Then we went to the movies and saw Charlie's Angels. It was tons of fun thank you very much. And the bad guy (SHAMUS) is super hot. I want me some Irish Mafia Punk action, please.
And it's only Tuesday. We still have days left of my mini-vacation!
