Andrew was out shooting last night, so I had the evening to myself.

I didn't use it very productively. All I did was talk to my brother and his girlfriend, walk down to the co-op and walk back (with a full backpack of groceries - I'm so tough! Grr!), wash some dishes, do a minimum of food prep for my lunch today, stretch, and watch some bad tv.

It felt nice, though.

I was freaking out about the job opp yesterday, I know I was, but Cam pointed out to me that HR HATES to call references. Thinking back, the only company I know of that called my references was the first one after I graduated. So I'm no longer worried that they haven't called my references, and I'm focussing on the positive.

I mean, I ROCK. Who WOULDN'T want to hire me?

heh.

I really do feel better about the job. I think I can wait until they call, now, and not turn into a quivering mass of lisa-flesh.

ALTHOUGH I'm going to be a zombie on Tuesday, so I'll be away from home all day, if they call then. Heh. I might not be a quivering mass of lisa-flesh, but I WILL be a slavering ball of drooling zombie.

I am addicted to Nethack.
