brightbluegirlWent to Blue Dragon last night for open mic night, had a lot of fun. Made fun of those who were bad (it's mean, it's SO mean, but they were SO bad), and sat entranced during the good ones.
I now know of two great local bands - "Seth and Jacob" and "The Misguided". Andrew and I are going to see Seth and Jacob tonight at another cafe (one I've never been to), and I'm going with Kurt and his friend Maeve to see both play on Saturday night. (Andrew's working)
So Andrew has his costume - he's going to be a ninja cow. I still don't know what I'm going to be. The closest thing I could come up with was putting lots of sparkles on and going as a star. Heh. This is just not my halloween year, I guess.
I'm actually in a really crummy mood today. Perhaps it will get better with time. I hope so.
